4 Granny Smith Apples, thinly sliced
¾ cup of caramel heated in the microwave (For a healthier substitute, use ¾ cup of peanut butter heated in the microwave)
1 cup of mini chocolate chips, and/or 1 cup of mini peanut butter chips (For a healthier substitute, use 1 cup of chopped pretzels, or walnuts)
¾ cup of coconut shavings
On a large plate, arrange apple slices on top of one another.
Drizzle half the peanut butter and/or caramel.
Top with chocolate and peanut chips, pretzels, or walnuts.
Drizzle with remaining peanut butter and/or caramel and sprinkle coconut shavings.
Serve and enjoy!
